FEATURED PATHWAY 01
NEXA Realty
Development, land, people, demand, finance and places people can call home.
Explore NEXA RealtyWHAT WE DO
A good home begins with land and design. But it also depends on materials, construction, water, power, roads, finance and long-term care.
NEXA brings these connected parts closer together so we can understand the full system, reduce waste and build better without lowering standards. We are starting with housing. We are building toward complete communities and wider infrastructure.
A home may look simple. The system behind it is not.
Before a person receives the keys to a home, many things have already happened. Land has been found. The project has been planned. Money has been arranged. The building has been designed. Materials have been selected and moved. People have worked on the site. Water, power, roads and drainage have been considered. After the building is complete, it must still be managed, maintained and used by real people.
When these parts do not work together, costs can rise. Time can be lost. Materials can be wasted. Quality can fall.
NEXA is building connected capabilities so we can understand these problems, take responsibility for more of the outcome and improve the next project.
WHERE WE BEGIN
We are not trying to build every kind of infrastructure at once. We are starting with homes, developments and important building materials.

Every capability is presented according to its actual or documented status. Ambition is not presented as achievement.
We develop places people can call home. NEXA Realty is the Group’s real estate and development arm. It helps us understand people, land, location, demand, finance and the type of places the market needs.
Better buildings begin with better building parts. Materials affect the cost, strength, comfort, appearance and life of a building. Our first areas of interest include bricks, doors and windows.
Good plans need careful delivery. Construction is where drawings, budgets, materials and people come together on a real site. NEXA Construction is being developed as the Group’s construction and project-delivery capability.
Every project should teach us something. Research and Development works across the NEXA system. We collect lessons, ask better questions and test possible improvements.
A building keeps teaching us after construction ends. Operations help us understand comfort, maintenance, energy use, service, customer experience and the everyday performance of a place. Operations is the current public capability while the status of any separate accommodation offer is being confirmed.
HOW THE CAPABILITIES CONNECT
The value is not only in having different capabilities. The value is in what each capability can teach the others.
Understands people, land and development opportunities.
Works on building parts that affect cost and performance.
Construction is being developed to turn approved plans into carefully coordinated physical work.
In developmentShows what happens after people begin using those places.
Returns useful lessons to the next project.
The home is only the beginning.
People do not live inside a house every hour of every day. They travel to work. Children go to school. Families need shops and healthcare. People need water, power, drainage, safe roads and places to meet. Emergency services need a safe way to enter and move through the community.
Depending on the size and purpose of a project, we may consider roads, walkways, water, power, drainage, waste systems, green spaces, shops, schools, clinics, hospitals, transport and emergency access.
Not every project will include every service. Some services may be planned, enabled or delivered with specialist partners.
AFFORDABILITY WITHOUT LOWERING STANDARDS
Affordable should never mean poorly made. We look at planning, design, materials, procurement, construction and how the building will be maintained.
Better economics. Not lower standards.
SUSTAINABILITY
For the physical environment, we consider the land, climate, water, energy, heat, drainage, waste, trees and the life of the materials used.
For people, we consider safety, health, affordability, access, dignity, comfort and belonging.
A building is not truly sustainable if it lasts but the people cannot live well there. It is also not sustainable if it is affordable to buy but too difficult or expensive to maintain.
HOW WE WORK
PROOF AND PROGRESS
A strong idea is not enough. People should be able to see the projects, products, tests and progress behind our words.
We will show what is available now. We will identify what is under construction. We will label what is being tested. We will explain what is still part of our long-term direction. Trust begins with making these differences clear.
